Sunway Building Materials Group (BMG) comprises three core business segments – (1) Sunway Paving Solutions for Interlocking Concrete Paver & Compressed Concrete Paving Slab (E-WALK), (2) Sunway Spun Pile (High Performance High Strength Pretensioned Spun Concrete Pile) and (3) Sunway VCP (Vitrified Clay Pipe & Vitrified Clay Jacking Pipe). Sunway VCP Sdn Bhd, formerly known as Sunway Keramo Sdn Bhd, was established in 1991 as a joint venture between Sunway Holdings Incorporated Berhad and Keramo Steinzeug N.V. of Belgium, both partners have proven and long-established track records in glazed Vitrified Clay Pipes (VCP) and Vitrified Clay Jacking Pipes (VCJP) in their respective markets & export markets. Today, Sunway VCP Sdn Bhd is the market leader in the sewerage market segment, commanding over 65% of the market share.

In 2005, the company was renamed Sunway VCP Sdn Bhd and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Sunway Berhad.
